Bazzara, what exactly?

The history of the artisanal roaster Bazzara in Trieste began with the dream come true of Dioniso Bazzara, who was so fascinated by coffee that in 1966 he decided to take over the roaster „La Brasiliana-Industria Triestina del Caffè”. Since the beginning of its history, the Bazzara family has been passionately selecting the noblest varieties of Arabica and Robusta, i.e. the taste of Italian coffee.
Trieste is home to many famous smokers, Bazzara stands out for their background. Just why? First of all, because of the passion and commitment to the coffee making process. For bazzara, Italian coffee is coffee that is roasted fresh and with the greatest accuracy possible and comes from the best plantations. This means that each batch of beans is carefully selected, only the best varieties of Arabica go to the roaster. They are then roasted in Italy to release their full aroma and flavor to satisfy the taste buds of every coffee connoisseur.
