1. Introduction
This report is an assessment of the accessibility of the website of the hotel Cromwell Platamonas in accordance with WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

In accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, the website has been assessed for the level of accessibility:
– A – low level of website accessibility. The website does not have facilities for people with exclusions, and the lack of a professional layout of the website makes orientation and use difficult. Test result on the WAVE website.
4. Audit Results
During an audit conducted on the Cronwell Platamonaas Hotel website, the following accessibility issues were identified:
A) Text and readability: The font size on the page is appropriate, but has low contrast with the background, making it difficult to read. There is also no option to change the contrast and font.
B) Images and graphics: Both hyperlinked and non-hyperlinked images lack alternative text, so people with vision problems may have trouble understanding them.
C) Colors: Contrast on the page inappropriate (2.9:1 contrast result – very bad)
D) Forms: The forms on the website do not have comments.
E) Links: Links do not have text, so the user may not be sure what he is doing.
F) Video clips: There is a lack of videos and presentations on the website, so people with hearing problems may have difficulty using the website.
G) Keyboard functionality: Lack of access to all functions via keyboard, making navigation and interaction difficult for people with mouse limitations:
-inability to switch between articles and forms using arrows
-inability to submit forms using the Enter key
H) Tabulation indexes: Partially fulfilled. Tab indexes on the page are not structured correctly, making accessibility difficult for users using screen readers
I) Empty header elements: Not met. The page contains blank header elements, making it difficult to access for users using screen readers and content interpreters.
J)Language marking: Not met. The page does not contain language markings, which may hinder accessibility for users using browsers that do not support JavaScript.

- Add alternative descriptions for images.
- Add video clips.
- Add navigation shortcuts.
- Support keyboard navigation.
- Structure tab indexes.
- Remove empty header elements.
- Add language marking.

6. Summary: The Cronwell Hotel website does not meet most of the WCAG 2.1 requirements, which makes it difficult to assess it according to levels A-AAA, according to the regulations we rate the website at accessibility level A.
